The GHX Customer Center
Every GHX product includes access to the Customer Center, our member-only website, where you'll find product documentation and training, new trading partner lists and information about GHX-related events.

The Online Community
The new member-only online Community website is for sharing knowledge and ideas, and creating/managing Customer Support tickets. The site, currently in pilot mode, will develop over time with new features and functionality in the works. Join this site to engage with and get answers from an active community of GHX customers and product experts.

User documentation
All GHX products have printable product guides that provide step-by-step instructions on using our solutions. Every product release includes release notes containing screen captures that point out product and usability enhancements.

High-quality live webcast training is available on an ongoing basis. Training sessions are available for all products included in My Exchange and for GHX product certifications. These sessions:

  • Are offered free of charge; you may attend as many sessions and as often as needed
  • Provide live, interactive online training; each covers a specific GHX product
  • Are available upon request as recorded events

The calendar of upcoming training webcasts is published monthly in the GHX Customer Center.

Many GHX products include e-learning help systems, designed for those who are new to GHX solutions as well as for experienced users looking for a refresher.

On-site instruction
Onsite, customized classroom training is available on a for-fee basis. Contact your account executive to learn more.

Learning labs and training sessions at the annual GHX Healthcare Supply Chain Summit
Each year at the Supply Chain Summit, attendees have an opportunity to sign up for small group 30-minute learning lab sessions covering specific GHX products. These focused sessions cover how-to tips, user best practices, business processes and more.

The Summit also includes live, in-depth training sessions on essential GHX products.
